We want you to know we appreciate and value the trust you place in us and our people wherever we do business with you. Safety is a priority to our company; it is part of our core values and something we emphasize on a regular basis with ongoing training and education. In addition, we take our community responsibilities seriously and, for your protection and ours, feel it important to stay ahead of the rapidly-evolving situation involving COVID-19.
Accordingly, we have instituted the following protocols to address COVID-19:
We are asking all our manufacturers, suppliers, vendors, business associates, etc. to apply similar guidance to those who interact with EasyBreezy AC and their staff. We have requested our networking staff to curtail participation in public meetings and events, and thank everyone for understanding that in addition to being responsible citizens, we deeply feel the need to protect our customers and employees.
EasyBreezy AC knows how important heating and air conditioning equipment, and indoor air quality, is to one’s health, comfort and well-being. Our service technicians will continue to provide excellent service both for your regular maintenance and in emergency repair situations.
While some of these precautionary measures may seem inconvenient, they are being taken out of an abundance of caution to keep everyone safe. It is unclear how long these restrictions will remain in place, but we will continue to communicate openly and honestly as the situation evolves. We all look forward to a rapid return to normalcy.
